2. Services
Own Your Time Back offers the following services:

- Automation consultancy — analysis and recommendation of workflow automation solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any paid engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins. No paid work begins without a written agreement signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline audit bookings at our discretion.
4. Paid engagements
For paid projects:
- A written proposal will set out the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as agreed in the proposal
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

7. Limitation of liability
We take care in everything we build, but we cannot guarantee that automation workflows will be entirely free of errors or will function correctly in all circumstances. We are not liable for:
- Any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use or failure of automations we build
- Disruptions caused by third-party platforms (such as Zapier, Make, or any other tools used)
- Changes made to workflows by third parties after delivery
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific project.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-party tools
The automations we build typically use third-party platforms such as Zapier, Make, Google Workspace, or others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect the performance of workflows we have built.
